Thoughtful planning, effortless arrival
A few things to know.
What's included in the stay?
A private hot tub, lake and mountain views, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and parking for four or more vehicles. The outdoor fire pit is seasonal; follow current fire restrictions. View the full amenity list and house rules.
How do I see the total price?
Browse nightly rent on the rates calendar, then enter your dates and guest count on the booking page for the full stay price, including cleaning, fees, and taxes. Minimum-stay requirements may apply.
Can I split my payment?
Reserve with half of your reservation total at booking and pay the remaining half 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at booking. A separate $500 security-deposit hold and the stated cancellation terms apply. Check dates and review your quote.
What should I know about winter access?
The lodge is reached by a maintained community gravel road with a steep approach. Four-wheel drive is recommended September through May; snow and ice can also occur outside those months. The community road is plowed in winter, and the driveway is plowed after snowfall of four inches or more.
When are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Keypad entry details are provided on arrival day after payment, photo identification, and rental agreement requirements have been completed.
Is the lodge right for our group?
The lodge sleeps a maximum of six guests. There are three bedrooms, including an open upper-level loft, and stairs between levels. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Review the full house rules, cancellation terms, and rental agreement before booking.

Easy access to all kinds of outdoor activities - you name it- This area has it all! After you are done with your adventure- unwind in our hot tub, and enjoy the views of Twin Lakes, and the surrounding Fourteeners (including Mt. Elbert).
Access is via private hoa road that is plowed in the winter- 4-wheel drive is recommended September through May. There is plenty of parking for 4+ vehicles. Access to the home is done via coded entry which is provided day of check in if you have paid in full and provided a photo identification.
Small mountain community nestled between some of Colorado's highest peaks.
4x4 vehicle recommended from September through May- the road leading to the property is fairly steep, and is gravel, in the fall, winter and spring there may be snow/ice. The road to the property is a maintained community gravel road. The driveway will be plowed upon 4" of snow or more.
